Do not buy from moshiri. It was the worse experience I have ever had. I bought a 15k ring and the diamonds fall out every time I wear the ring. The owner says it is because I am not use to wearing the ring. The diamonds are not set properly and when I looked with a microscope I can see even the big diamond isnt set properly so now I am scared to wear the ring. We went here recently to have a small diamond stone replaced which fell out of a necklace. Nothing but kindness and professionalism from the owners. They fixed the necklace and were really informative about the different settings and issues we had. Note, they didn’t make the necklace, I just had the do a repair. I think people need to understand that jewelry is delicate and sometimes things happen. Jewelers who fix jewelry which they didn’t make, take on a lot of risk. I’m glad they fixed what we needed. I had the misfortune of having my jewelry completely fall apart after they claimed to have fixed it. The woman owner is absolutely horrific. She should NOT be in this business. The man (husband?) is lovely, though. There was zero accountability for the problem they caused, and she had the nerve to ask US not to come back. Believe me, we never want to step foot in there again. And they also randomly close early, which leaves customers in a lurch. Bad way to run a business. I went to Moshiri a few years back for my wife’s upgrade for our ten-year anniversary. I’ve also purchased Mother’s Day and random gifts from them. I’ve been a customer since they were in Olathe. I looked them up to make a trip there and saw their current rating. I was shocked to see such a low rating and scrolled to see they were being review bombed. DON’T LISTEN TO THESE PEOPLE.
