We went here recently to have a small diamond stone replaced which fell out of a necklace. Nothing but kindness and professionalism from the owners. They fixed the necklace and were really informative about the different settings and issues we had. Note, they didn’t make the necklace, I just had the do a repair. I had the misfortune of having my jewelry completely fall apart after they claimed to have fixed it. The woman owner is absolutely horrific. She should NOT be in this business. The man (husband?) is lovely, though. There was zero accountability for the problem they caused, and she had the nerve to ask US not to come back. Believe me, we never want to step foot in there again. And they also randomly close early, which leaves customers in a lurch. Bad way to run a business. I went to Moshiri a few years back for my wife’s upgrade for our ten-year anniversary. I’ve also purchased Mother’s Day and random gifts from them. I’ve been a customer since they were in Olathe. I looked them up to make a trip there and saw their current rating. I was shocked to see such a low rating and scrolled to see they were being review bombed. DON’T LISTEN TO THESE PEOPLE. We've been customers for over 20 years. Every year, I have my wedding ring cleaned and the prongs checked. I am in awe when I pick it up. Looks brand new. They do such an amazing job. Also want to add, they've saved me money. Every time I go in, I admire the one of a kind pieces they create. Gorgeous. I haven't had to re-set my diamond, because they make my 30 year-old ring look brand new. If you need a new ring, you need to see them. If you want to make your old ring new? Perfect too.
