I purchased a car from M & n’s Autohouse last Friday. It was the best car buying experience in my life!!!! Marc and Maurice took their time to talk to us and explain everything to us. They are very professional. They offer excellent customer service. And make you feel very welcomed and comfortable! They go above and beyond!!!! I am beyond happy with my car! Bait, and switch. Trying to take advantage of the first time buyer. Nasty. Misogynistic. Surprise charges. Despite deposit left on car, they did not take it off the internet. I have never seen such a horror show. not a member of the Better Business Bureau.
My friend was so excited to finally purchase a good vehicle, he was told his financing was approved and everything was all set for him to sign. The moment he went into the office to sign the paperwork he was hit with fees that were never discussed with him. When the manager saw that it was an issue he was trying to intimidate him to sign the paperwork. He was rude and outright disrespectful! He even stormed off when it wasn’t going his way.
