Do not take your child here. The place is always packed and there always seems to be just one doctor on duty. Not only is the wait to see Dr Gutierrez at a 2 hour minimum, but she is always rushing and does not ever check your child thoroughly nor does she ever seem to have time to answer any of your questions (she's cut me off mid sentence so she can hurry over to her next patient). Horrible facility- You wait in the waiting room for at least 2-hours, then they put you in a room where you sit for another hour. The doctor sees you for 5-minutes. There is NO personal relationship between the doctor and your child. They don't remember anything about the child or interact with them at ALL other then routine check up and diagnoses. If you need a form filled out (we are foster parents that require a medical form filled each time) they charge you. The office doesn't call the day before to remind you of the app... read more
