My wife and I have been going to doctor Najmi for years. He is absolutely ***** but his front end staff leaves so much to be desired. They have made repeated mistakes with referrals and the staff turnover is bad. Obviously this is endemic of Las Vegas front desks. We have left excellent doctors many times, over our twenty five years in Vegas because of horrible front desks.
This is for the staff only. I've called five times over the last 4-5 weeks to request an appointment with Dr. Najmi and it always goes to voice mail and they NEVER! returned any of my calls. I will have to travel to the office to make the appointment and to file a complaint with the Practice Manager.
Dr M. Najmi is a very caring Doctor. He listens to what your concerns are
Dr. Najmi is a good doctor. He does things by the book. He doesn't prescribe addictive medications like codeine and tramadol. He genuinely cares about the health of all his patients. His receptionists are very professional. Noticed that he just moved to a new location on Fire Meza. Outstanding doctor. By the way, I'm 64 years old and I've seen a lot of doctors. He's right up there! 😊
I've been seeing Dr Najmi since 2006. Dr Najmi takes time to listen and has a great network of specialists when I need a referral.
