Used to like this place but not anymore. Called in advance to see if they could take me and my husband, because it was close to closing & was advised yes. This was a huge mistake because our services were rushed . Had to ask the man who did my pedicure to go over my feet multiple times , the hot towel treatments for both of us , the towels were wet and cold and when I asked him about it he said it's because they are closing .. I’ve been a loyal customer here for as long as I can remember, and I’ve always tried to support this business. However, one thing that has consistently bothered me is how the prices seem to change often, with no clear explanation. Today was unfortunately the last straw for me. I came in only for a polish change on my toes, which is usually $35 for me. Today, I was charged $50, and I was never given a reason why. I went to do my lashes and about an hour after my left eye started irritating me, like some glue got away in it. By the time I could go back they were closed so I washed it out with water and used some eye drops, went to sleep and woke up and it's a little less irritated but still irritated. I went on Sunday Nov 30th and they are not open on Mondays so I have to wait until Tuesday to go back to the lash tech smh.
I’ve been going to the nail salon since the previous owners and have gotten botched jobs by few of the nail techs there, but when I found good techs I usually stick with the same person.
