Never !!!!visiting again, waited an hour just to sit down and they tell me to get up because someone else needed to be done after I’ve been waiting no apology or anything this is waste of time they need to be shut down immediately!
1 star is generous. I only went for a soak off and was really displeased. Cut my acrylics down and cut my natural nail too,the guy took out a tip and said “you want me to pop them off?” I said no, I want to save my natural nail as much as I can. I know you can’t have them looking healthy and perfect after acrylics. I waited so long to even be soaked, then soaked for way longer than I needed to then he proceeded to grind down my natural nail until they were so thin and brittle I just cut them all short when I got home anyway.
