i think that Ralph goes through a lot to make sure that everyone`s got what they wanted if something breaks down he makes sure that he he gets the right parts for the bikes and things that people buy. so that they can operate properly again and makes sure that people have fun with what they buy too. l have a new X-Treme Sedona 36 Volt Silver Electric Bicycle in which l like. and bought from there. he`s very knowledgable about all kinds of bicycles. and which ones he recommends.
This family owned business is wonderful!!!! I traveled from Lakeland, FL which is about an hour away from their store. From the moment I walked in the store I was greeted warmly. The gentleman took my scooter behind the counter and wasted no time on getting started on my scooter. I called the insurance company I had an extended warranty with and by the time I verified who I was over the phone the gentleman who was repairing my scooter was finished with repairs!!!! I give Ralph TEN STARS! He's in Florida, I'm in Bethel NY and I had a problem with a Mototec 500 3-wheel scooter I purchased last year from an on-line company. The brakes squealed like crazy from day one. The company I got it from couldn't help, the distributor had no clue and said riding it over time would stop the noise. It didn't. The manufacturer of these scooters doesn't offer any kind of breakdown manual to get to the brakes. Ralph took great care of me when my electric bike broke down. I was lucky it did because I was introduced to their amazing store. They are very friendly and knowlegdable. I bought my first scooter from them and couldn't be happier. Ralph helped me find the perfect scooter by answering my questions and concerns.
