One of his repair technicians refused to follow company policy on how to fix flat tires.As explained to me, 'company policy requires internal patching and not driving plugs through the tire's steel belts from the outside. Expensive, rude! $25. for a patch job and they didn't even put my spare tire back! They just left it in the trunk. Would never go back and was so surprised because I got air there once for free and was really expecting more. Very dissapointed.
New tires in 19 minutes! Their website is very helpful in determining which tires I need for my car. I just put in my model and year, then a list pops up for tires that will fit my car. I could choose the Goodyear tires I wanted, then click to request a quote. After researching, I found the quote to be very good deal.
