Very Short, not hopeful at all , and bad attitude
Like many people have said, the owners attitude was horrible. I asked for a ballpark price to replace a foot of fuel line and clean a carburetor on a generator. I was cut off and barked at mid sentence. I told the owner i didnt deserve his attitude and that he won't be getting my bussiness because of it. He then acted like he was going to walk around the counter and try to fight or something. He screamed and yelled at me even after i was in my truck leaving. Dont take your bussiness here. This is my first experience with Russell and M&M Small Engine Repair and I have been extremely pleased with the service and work that Russell did on my 10 year old riding mower. He picked it up from my house earlier than he said he would be able to and that in itself was a blessing. He serviced it quickly and delivered it back to me in less than a week.
