I contacted M&M in May of 2021 to get a window fixed after a hail storm. The sales person that came out (William Robb) was very nice and said it would be no problem to get a replacement window and assured me that he could get a matching window to replace the one that was broken in the storm (I asked several times because other companies I had talked to said they couldn't get that style).
