RecommendedIn April 2016 I was in the market to purchase a used Jeep Wrangler and noticed a 1998 Jeep Wrangler Sport 4.0L w/manual transmission was listed on the lot at M&M. My wife and I drove down from Escondido and upon arrival we were greeted warmly by Jerry. He showed us the vehicle and went through all the options/operating controls, and explained they performed a quality and safety inspection (which was evident), and that they replaced the rag top due to very poor condition and were having the windshield replaced due to a crack.... read more

They refused to return our $200.00 deposit when we decided not to buy a Lexus rx300 because the transmission did not feel right. The car had a leak which they agree d to fix. The trans fluid was old and brown and they agreed to have it changed. They repaired the leak but the shop only replaced about 5 quarts of fluid in a system that holds about 15 quarts. If it was possible to provide this dealer with no stars believe me... I would. As the other individual stated, Mark did provide a copy of the Carfax and mechanics report but needless to say there were certainly things missing from the facts and supposed "report" including a bad battery, poor transmission, petrified parts, and bad shocks and tubes.
