The Nurse Practitioners are great but the company itself is not good. You can only contact them by text messaging or e-mail making it difficult to communicate with anyone at this practice. Today, my son needed a refill on a medication, I was told to call and make a police report (the medication fell in the sink on vacation and got ruined). After I have a police report I have to show M&M Psychiatry the report and make another doctor visit. This is just for an anti-depressant, no controlled substance. No issues with the clinical provider, but we left the practice due to the office. Constantly scheduling appointments without asking our availability. Recently I asked for a full week about a medication refill and my child ended up going without medication due to the lack of response. If NP Penny goes to a different office we would absolutely see her again. But this place can not be trusted with patient care.
I love that the communication is through texting—it just makes everything so much easier and less stressful like I don’t have to sit on calls or wait forever for answers. I loveeee texting. Texting the number via communication makes this unique. While I absolutely adore my provider, Kerryann Penny, the office's administrative team has me in tears. I've needed them to upload materials to an external vendor in order to secure medical leave from work. Both times, they made me wait-- * by not alerting me that I needed to pay a $100 fee for them to fill out the form needed * by filling out paperwork by guess, which resulted in me having to see my provider an additional time (with my high deductible plan, that costs $140+) * and then by just not doing it * followed by the... read more
