While I absolutely adore my provider, Kerryann Penny, the office's administrative team has me in tears. I've needed them to upload materials to an external vendor in order to secure medical leave from work. It used to be good idk what happened
I was a patient at this psychiatric clinic but ultimately decided to leave due to ongoing communication issues. Appointments were scheduled without confirming my availability, and on more than one occasion I was almost charged a cancellation fee for appointments I never agreed to or confirmed. It felt like my stated appointment preferences were not noted or respected, despite me expressing them multiple times. If you want your prescriptions filled reliably this is not the place to go sincerely. They made me take a bunch of tests that were not covered by insurance. None of their physicians seem like they are available and this is for people with real cognitive impairments that can not afford a lack of urgency. I normally do not write reviews but this service is not worth your trouble. Avoid if necessary!!!
They are they are the worse they shouldn’t have a license it’s like what another patient said she needed a note for work and they wouldn’t give until you met 4 to 5 times with them had to add one star because it wouldn’t let me post
