Last year we had a tankless water heater put in. It's been so nice! They got back to me quickly after leaving a message which is already a hundred times better than almost every other plumber I called. They came and assessed what I needed and gave me a reasonable time frame of getting it done It wasn't 6 months out. It wasn't a crazy expensive for them just to show up and look like other plumbers. Very disappointing, I called yesterday and left all my information with them. The receptionist asked if they could call me back the following day early morning around 7:30am. I agreed and all went well. Called back today, the same woman answered the phone, played like she did not know what I was talking about, then said that they are all booked up until after Thanksgiving. Very rude, arrogant, and disregarding.
