Had a terrible pedicure experience. Staff was rude, harsh/aggressive with tools, used dirty tools on my cuticles and cut way too far to the quick. My toes have never hurt as if they had a chemical burn after a pedicure… so this is a first for that. The gel polish is already puffing up off my toenails and I’m on day 2… Staff literally yelled at me when I went to rest my face on the face pillows on the massage chair during the “free shoulder massage” because “it is dirty!!!”… shocked and confused are adequate words to describe... read more
