Made an appointment on Monday for Thursday, showed up and the placed was closed down... walked up to the door just to make sure and the building was completely empty! Who goes outta business within 4 days?? And I'm pretty sure she knew what was going on so why even take my name and # to schedule an appointment? So they just packed up and left town? TERRIBLE
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE- I went in for a Pedicure (which was great!) but then a simple manicure. The products they used were less than desirable - my polish wouldn't dry - and by the time I got home - there were indentations, and bumps appearing on most of the nails. I went back a day later to have them redone, not wanting them to use the same product and they were going to charge $6.00 for a new color/different product;- I had already dropped $42.00 the day before + a $10.00 tip; I settled for the same product and color and all... read more
