Don’t get your car towed by them, they are a joke and a scam.. How you gonna tow someone car without telling them the price, and say don’t worry about it everytime you ask about the price? They look for a big come up based on your car accident settlement, and charge over a $1000 off the back, and my car haven’t been there for nomore than a month. I ran into a customer who had the same issue.. If I can rate NO STARS I definitely would. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
This location is now a towing business called Mr. Know It All Towing. Do not use them. They price gouge, charging me almost $4,000 to tow my car after an accident. I had an accident near Druid Hill Park, and someone from this company quickly arrived on the scene to call a tow truck. The staff here were kind and helpful. They offered to call me a ride home, and I took them up on it. When I received their $4,000 invoice, I had questions, and the owner, Curtis, did not give satisfactory answers. Nice staff.
Scammer! I paid cash for a car and they gave me temp license plate and never sent me a title! after buying the car, I moved out of state so could not go to the office in person. I called and texted and they ignored my calls! I had to call the Maryland DMV to file a complaint and they said that this dealership has has multiple complaints! the DMV ended up providing me with a title, but the car needed so much repairs done- so i ended up trading it in at another dealership.
