I give this business 1 star rating. The rating wouldn't be that high, if it wasn't for the lady that works there that helped us the day we bought the UTV. The other staff (Mike) is a 0 rating for his actions and attitude towards myself and my wife when we went back for warranty repairs to be done.
Overall my experience was good the lady was helpful and the 4 wheeler runs good and my son loves it. Here are the facts, the man there should not be running a business because his customer service is -1/10. There was a MISUNDERSTANDING and instead of him getting ahold of me and talking to me he left a voicemail threatening to call the cops. Reading the other reviews you can tell he is never in the wrong the customers always wrong. Because of him I wouldn’t recommend you coming here.
