I recently had an issue with my furnace during a snowy day in Big Bear, and M&M Mechanical Services came to the rescue! From the very beginning, their communication was outstanding. When I called, no one answered immediately, but I left a message, and they called me back right away. Prompt, polite and efficient! We needed service in the middle of a heat wave, and figured it would be at least several days before someone could come out. They were out the same day! Arrived when they said they would, made sure to communicate what was going on, and before I knew it, the AC was back to blowing icy cold air.
Highly recommend, got back to me quickly and we're on time. Dean was fantastic and provided me knowledge of my heater so I now much more informed with a better understanding of how it operates and helped me on how to use my new smart thermostat. They are honest and reasonable and I will use them for future!
They are expensive, however there're always on time, do a great job, fast and have great employees that work fast. They also offer different options and premium equipment.
M&M Mechanical is not only timely, responsive and professional, but informative! Dean was my service representative, and from the initial hello, to the service and completion, he kept me informed and also explained, that my unit was in good condition. It DOES NOT need to be replaced, as ANOTHER HEATING AND PLUMBING company in Big Bear Lake suggested. They barely looked at the unit and told me, I needed a new one, for $6,100.00!
