Their assessment seemed more comprehensive than a previous quote and they installed the ductless unit in less than three hours. but I had to ask them to clear up the mess thereafter which they did in a timely fashion.
Heating works now - thermostat fixed promptly.
The installation took around three hours, which seemed reasonable given the difficulty of rerouting ducts in a multi-unit complex, and the personnel were patient in working with building management to coordinate access. Even told us how the new vent placements would improve the flow of air without interfering with the neighbors’ systems.
They made the repair process simple and stress-free. My heating system is working like new again. I truly appreciate their excellent work.
The repair took about two hours, which seemed reasonable given the complexity of accessing the damaged vent behind a finished wall. The technician identified a leak and sealed it efficiently without having to cut into any additional drywall.
