Could not repair my trimmer properly and in a timely manner. my Stihl combo trimmer was at M&M for two months waiting for what I was told it was a simple new drive shaft replacement. When I check on it last month they said Bryan was on vacation. then they said Amy lost the part and was ordering another one. I picked it up today unrepaired. What has happen to M&M? And my trimmer still needs a new drive shaft!
BEWARE!!! NO WARRANTY AS THEY CLAIM ON THEIR USED MOWERS. ONLY PURCHASED USED BECAUSE ANDY STATED 30 DAY WARRANTY. DAY I BOUGHT PULL CORD BROKE. CALLED IMMEDIATELY AND ANDY STATED NO PROBLEM COME UP AND WE WILL FIX. JYST LEFT OUT THE PART OF WE WOULD BE REQUIRED TO PAY PARTS AND LABOR TO FIX. AMY DIDN’T HELP EITHER. THE “BOSS MAN”, OWNER IS JUST A LIAR ACCORDING TO ALL EMPLOYEES!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!
