5 stars is not even enough for this company. From the day I met these gentleman they been top notch. Bought a sundancer from them me an the family love, they cater to us a pick up boat winterize it! If you need a boat guy you’re goofy to look anywhere besides here !
I've been boating my whole life and am now on my 5th boat. I've used 10+ boat mechanics over the years and most have ended up complete nightmares. I purchased a Mastercraft last year that was under warranty and needed repairs done. I tried using the local Mastercraft dealer and my boat spent 6 Months out of the last 14 months of ownership at the dealer. Most recently, it had an overheating issue. Wow we can't say enough about Mike. We arrived into the Port of Rochester Marina yesterday. Telephoned Mike today, Memorial Day. He responded back to us within 30 minutes regarding some repair issues we need as we are traveling to Stuart, FL. Mike doesn't do this type of work as it is a diesel engine. He contacted Tyler, from Moriartti Diesel, in a 3 way call. Tyler said he could be out 1st thing tomorrow. Mike you truly went above and beyond to help us. Thank you.
We have used 3 or 4 different marine companies locally in the past and finally found M&M after numerous headaches/nightmares with other local companies. These guys are the BEST of the BEST. They are incredibly responsive (even when we had a boating emergency on a holiday weekend at 9pm), reasonably priced, and don't screw you around the way other shops locally do.
