I sent an email to this office about making a new patient request for my son and I told him about him having Blue Cross Community. The only reason I sent the email was so I could better explain his situation and to give his medicaid ID. I got a response from Jane saying that I needed to change his PCP to Dr. Dobroslawa Machnica, would need to send his vaccination records and growth chart. I am saddened to write this negative review, but I think sharing this information is important for other new parents considering Dr. Malinowska. Dr. Malinowska severely miscalculated my baby's percentile on his growth chart. She failed to tell us that he wasn't growing as quickly as he should be. He fell from the 50th percentile to the 15th, which we only learned through a second doctor. Dr. Malinowska had told us that he was still average. I would like to start that I have been going to this office for 15 years with all three of my kids, and they have been seen by both Dr Machnica and Dr Malinovska. We have always been treated with respect and patience. When a sick appointment was needed, the office would always accommodate us the same day. Sometimes appointments would run late, but whenever it was our turn, we were never rushed and always examined throughly and treated properly, if needed - referred to specialists. Doesn’t check there patients information. Schedules patients and then tells them they can’t be seen the day of the appointment.
