We had a very positive experience getting business cyber insurance through M&M. They explained the coverage options and it was very affordable. Plus, the people are great to work with.
M&M was able to find me homeowners and auto insurance at a lower cost and better coverage than what I had before, even when keeping my same carrier for the auto insurance. I also found out personal cyber insurance wasn't very expensive, and got that too. The agent and staff were very friendly and helpful!
Nice people. They helped me. BUT, I got insurance at a third of what I was paying here.
If you need insurance quickly do not contact M&M Insurance. I contacted them because a family member used them years ago and we were very happy with the service and personal touch. My most recent experience is that they are very professional and polite but lack any since of urgency. Obviously new clients aren't a priority - guess they are just too big now.
