Dustin came out took the time to figure out what was going on with furnace. We first had honest abe out they took 19 mins said was dirty heat thingy but it didn't fix the problem. So we called m&m and got it fixed was faulty wire. Had to pay the extra $ because is was a sunday but had no heat and its super cold. Dustin was polite got it done!
Great business. Very trustworthy and professional. Very respectful of my home and patient with all my questions and concerns and willing to explain things in depth. I will not hesitate to hire them again and would highly recommend them to anyone. Kyle was fantastic and I felt completely comfortable letting into my home! Thanks so much.

All the money my dad has spent with this company and they are telling me I have to go without heat for a couple days I'm a old house that could get a busted pipe and the guy on the phone was so rude
This is their busy season, however I was worked into the schedule. Steve was forthcoming about the time frame my issue was not an emergency (four business days). John came in the morning and was done in an hour. This company is topnotch from the office staff to the technician. I appreciate a company that has integrity and the price was fair.
