Never called to set up appointment. showed up after dark - about 8:30pm. Dropped off two large boxes and left. On opening box - item was damaged and needed to be returned. Now having to go another delivery with them for the replacement furniture. This is now expected tomorrow - Oct 31st - we'll see what happens this time. M&M Express Service - is missing two elements from its name - 'Express' and "Service' - both severly lacking.
I have never experienced such horrible delivery service in my entire life. I refuse to ever use this company again and I will tell everyone else to not use it as well.
