RecommendedRob was fantastic in tailoring my needs to the perfect bike. This was the best bicycle purchase of my life. Brian was fantastic as well! I had a great, no pressure buying experience and I was able to try out several bikes before I found the one I was in love with.
I bought a Giant gravel Bike from Pete at the Buffalo grove store and he was extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable about types of bikes and helped me narrow down my decision. Excellent experience there. Also needed to fine tune the front derailer so I went to the Mundelein store and they were also very helpful. I was in and out in just a few minutes Glad to have a bike store that I like so close to home
Perfect bike shop and a great example of why you should shop local; prices comparable, the service exceptional, and no need to describe what gear you have over again. Casual drop by to switch over a chain set from the Kickr to road bike wheel this afternoon serviced without fuss and a humorous conversation while-u-wait. Love it! �
After contacting and visiting several bike shops in the area I bought a bike from M and M. Was very happy with the service on a busy Sunday afternoon. They made several recommendations for bikes and I ended up going with a Giant. My wife also bought a new bike there.

Perfect selection of bikes for my wife as a surprise Mother's Day gift, they even delivered the bike to our home since I couldn't pick it up. They also gave a tune-up to my old Trek and made it good as new....thanks guys!

I just bought my second bike there, we got out bike rack there as well and had several bike services done at the BG location. Great service, very friendly staff. They can t do it any better!!
