This shop will not ship out of state. website does not state this up front. Found some items on their website that my LBS didn't have in stock, and after about 30 minutes of browsing their "online store" I was unable to complete my order. They were quick to reply on FB Messenger....
Recommendedi have had bikes repaired there, taken a bike repair class, purchased bikes there, purchased accessories there. the service is oustanding. the staff is knowledgeable and patient. the prices are fair. i have referred family and friends there for purchase and repair. all have been very satisfied. this is a great shop. you cannot go wrong by going to m and m.
Rob was patient and provided lots of insight while helping me purchase my first road/gravel bike. I have also purchased other bikes for the family here and they have always been helpful and provided great customer service. I highly recommend this bike shop.

Just stopped into M&M Cyclery for the first time since living in the area for about 8 months. I felt bad for leaving without catching the two gentlemen who were working. They were very friendly and let me take a look around and check out what they have as well as talked to me about their events coming in the summer. I have been eyeing a periwinkle cruiser style bike in their Buffalo Grove window for a week, and bought it today. Sales Rep/Mgr (not sure exact title) Larry spent a ton of time answering my questions, showing me how to remove and replace the front tire, helping me select accessories, etc. I am beyond delighted with my bike and the service I received! I was never rushed and felt extremely well taken care of. I highly recommend MM Cyclery!
Everyone in the store seems to know what they are talking about. I was very indecisive on what bike I wanted to buy. A gentleman at the store helped me narrow down my decision and I absolutely love my bike! Looking forward to riding my bike all summer long!
Excellent service and everyone in the store was super friendly and helpful. This is the second time we bought bike from M&M. My son got his first Trek bike at M&M 3 years ago. And we came to trade in and got a new one. Since we bought the first bike here it's always my first choice when coming to a bike store!
Great experience selecting a trail bike today. The knowledge and personalities of Pete (Buffalo Grove) and Rob (Mundelein) are exactly what you want visiting a local bike shop. At 62 years old I feel like a kid and can’t wait to take to the trails tomorrow.
