This company promised top-tier service, but what I got was endless delays and a project that went way over budget. They rarely showed up on time and made excuses constantly. Would not recommend.
Rude and Unprofessional Behavior This was one of the most unsatisfactory customer service encounters I've ever encountered. The project manager was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was a burden when I asked for clarifications. The project manager was constantly late, left trash in my yard, and even smoked on my property without asking. Completely unprofessional.
