Please refer to the Tile Council of North America so that you can understand why it is that this happens. Beware of this company – This company put my tiles in my home 7 years ago. I had 7 boxes of extra tile, and after 7 years and tiles continuing to break. I now have a home with 6 broken tiles and no tiles to fix them. What ever you do...DON'T use these people. I'm now so screwed, and its going to cost me thousands of dollars to rip up all the tiles and replace them. People like this should be put out of business. Buyers beware. Bob
