Rosemary provided me with the best customer service i’ve eve experienced in car sales. I came unsure of what I wanted. Rosemary was very informative and patient. She asked me questions and then suggested cars along with displaying them to me. I felt listened to and not like she was just trying to sell me. We decided to drive up and check out the vehicle on a Saturday and was warmly greeted by Rosemary Rodriguez who was not only cordial but was super efficient. She easily instructed us on many aspects of the vehicle and was able to quickly complete the paperwork and guide us through it with ease.
I made an appointment to look at a used 2008 Mercedes they had listed on their website, carfax and Facebook marketplace. Michelle confirmed by appointment by email and said she'd make sure to have the car ready to go when I arrive. She asked for my phone number for a file so I obliged. Today they confirmed my appointment yet again by text saying "we'll have the car gassed and cleaned and ready for you". I called Grand West Kia not knowing that there was a new location in the Mesa Mall. My wife and I went down and started looking around. The people who helped us, Dylan our salesman and Katie the sales manager made the entire process simple and easy. Being old school myself, I expected the hard sales approach. This is absolutely not the way Katie and Dylan acted.
