I brought my Volvo here after buying it. It had tons of dents all over and looked as though it was in a hail storm. They took care of my car right away and it is now flawless. The price was very reasonable and the customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for dent removal. I now have a 'brand new' car that looks great! Customer service and attention to detail. I brought my car in for an interior detail. I have two small children and the car was a disaster. The work that Michael and his team did was remarkable. The car looks brand new. They take pride in their work and it shows.

I was very disappointed in the work that was done and it did not meet my expectations. The upholstery was not cleaned thoroughly although I paid extra and next time I will try the guys in Essex.
