M&M ordered the wrong rear fender-bumper for my Prius. They guy even said it was a mistake, but when I complained that I had sat waiting for it and they had promised it would be done the same day and now it was going to take another visit, THEN they insisted it was actually the correct part, not to worry, and they forced it on - but it popped out later and it still pops open at the seam. M&M auto body shop in Madison, are a bunch of jokers, what they said was a 4 day project turn to 9 day project, to a 13 day project and now maybe tomorrow undetermined project. I got one sentence for these jokers I went to the wrong shop to get my car fix.

Took my Jetta in here a few years ago and they did a phenomenal job. Mike Miyagawa, the owner, was there and I got to speak to him for a bit. I was very confident after speaking with him and his team. They had dozens of before and after photos on the wall too, so you can see the kind of great work they've done in the 40 or so years they've been open. I highly recommend supporting this business. You will be well taken care of.
Took my GTI in for front end damage. Cant even tell now that it had a broken face!
If you're absolutely looking for the best body shop that I know of here in Madison M&M Body Shop is not only just friendly hard-working these guys are awesome detailers as well
They did a phenomenal job on repairing my s2000. The paint matched perfectly even though it is not an OEM color and it's black. The front lip was also replaced and paint matched as well. I was also very impressed how well the door blending came out, seeing the car in sun light I didn't see any imperfections at all even after giving it a thorough look over.
