I will never be going back to this shop due to the disrespectful nature of Marcos. Telling the customer to "shut your mouth" while being surrounded by your associates is a cowardly position to take.
Everyone wanted $900+ parts to change my water pump ( its under the motor so had to pull my engine out) Took it to Marcus and he charged me $400 even. Not only did he change my water pump...but he recharged my refrigerant AND repaired a issue with my front brake calipers....and charged me nothing for the extra service, even though he used his own parts on the brakes! Marcos saved me in a pinch after busting a house late Saturday afternoon without him wouldn't have been bale to make it back to Ft Lauderdale.
An amazing mechanic. Goes above and beyond for his customers. You can just tell . He definitely has another loyal customer from here on out . Great job , thank you so so much ❤️
