I rarely leave bad reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I brought my vehicle in for what should have been a straightforward repair. Not only did the job take significantly longer than promised, but I was also charged more than the original estimate—with no explanation or prior approval. My brother’s car was at this shop for over a week just to replace two cooling fans and fix an electrical issue with the front lights. After all that time, the shop told us the repair didn’t work and claimed they now needed to check the car’s computer. The owner seemed unsure of what he was doing, and when I asked for clarification, he said they needed to keep the car for another week—with no guarantee they could fix it.
