Not only did the job take significantly longer than promised, but I was also charged more than the original estimate—with no explanation or prior approval. My brother’s car was at this shop for over a week just to replace two cooling fans and fix an electrical issue with the front lights. After all that time, the shop told us the repair didn’t work and claimed they now needed to check the car’s computer. The owner seemed unsure of what he was doing, and when I asked for clarification, he said they needed to keep the car for another week—with no guarantee they could fix it. Just called him he answered by hello what do you need I hung up on him will not even give him a chance to work on my truck
I buy one car (Toyota corolla) with him, he said car is completely fine and just after 2 days i found big issue related to air leakage. It took me $400 extra to spent. Hope it will go fine in future
