Finding Mimi has been such a blessing! After multiple bad experiences, my teen had grown to dread nail appointments, but Mimi completely changed that. She is so kind, warm, welcoming, and makes my daughter feel comfortable every time. And her talent and attention to detail are unmatched! We’re so grateful we found her and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My first and last time here. Its been such a struggle to find a modern salon with skilled and reliable nail artists. Tried this spot from a tiktok recommendation only to be at another typical outdated dmv nail salon. My seat not only had a finished lollipop stick on the arm rest, but also that white residue from someone else nail filing/service. Yuck! Nails came out just okay, I couldnt get the tech I really wanted (Mimi) so she assigned me to Helen who was sweet, but I cannot get past the lack of cleanliness.

I’ve been going to M Lounge for a little over a year now and I absolutely love this salon. Everyone is very professional, super keen to detail, and create a calm, relaxing atmosphere for their clients. My nails literally last me a month or more. Mimi is my nail tech and she is truly the best, her work speaks for itself, she is a MASTER. We need to start supporting black business that respect black people. As a customer who has went here several times i experienced being rudely talked to and addressed there needs to be higher standards for how we are treated. The entire salon was filled with black customers and the way I was spoken to was distasteful for any owner of a business. Our money should be valued through the way we are treated. Not okay - black people avoid go where we are respected.
