I want to start by acknowledging M- Line Packaging Solution is a fair and beyond respectable company to work for. The family atmosphere business can handle any to all necessary requirements for packaging for all sorts of businesses. The staff is respectful and professional, benefits are not the best but undoubtedly will become better as the organization grows. While delivering, you can't use the restroom! Ridiculous! You want your stuff but we can't use the restroom as a truck driver. It's a slap in the face! There is no semi truck parking at said restaurants or stores near there so if you have to go, go before.

Fake company. My company submitted their contact form to get a quote. Every time we asked for a quote or price range they would defer the question and ask more about the product. After much time spent, and a long email thread, the "design ideas" that they sent us were just a link to their website, not a custom design like we were asking for. I clarified for the third time that we are looking for a quote or price range as we are comparing a few different companies. The person email back "No. Thank you." They had more than suf... read more
