Dr. Council and her team are amazing. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She is personal, professional and compassionate. She removed basil cell carcinoma from my lip and the outcome cosmetically is so much better than I expected and definitely speaks to their talent and care given to their patients.
One of the resident drs still in training dropped an instrument on my face and Dr. Council refused to take responsibility or believe it. If you have a problem within the Washington University system you will never hear from anyone. Good luck. The resident drs do not introduce themselves. My eyed were covered and found during surgery it was not Dr Council. Terrible experience.
Dr Council has been successfully treating my ongoing skin cancer for over 2 years. Every single time she opens the door to see me, she has such a compassionate and empathetic demeanor towards me that is so sincere. Her skills are second to none and her bedside manner makes me grateful she is on my team. Thank you, Dr. Council, and all your staff for everything you do.
