Barbara Frampton was a broker my last landlord used upon me vacating the unit. She was the one doing the inspection not in my presence per her request ( she just asked for me to drop the keyes at her place). Long story short, after this the landlord kept part of my deposit for painting closets and minor repairs totaling to 500$, the repairs that were not done when i was moving in because i was taking over someone else’s lease.
