If you use this company you are making a HUGE mistake. The only reason I’m giving one star is because I don’t have any other choice. The appraiser valued our house 35,000 below what non updated houses are going for in our neighborhood. Ours is fully updated. He only pulled 3 comps, 2 of which were on the East Cobb side of Roswell and the market sells for much lower.
