Usually, we have good experiences with parts salesmen on weekend days. But today, the salesman on Saturday verbally attacked me because I arrived seven minutes before closing time to buy a part. He did not sell me the part because he said he was not going to work overtime for anyone. Management should be aware of the people you hire for customer service, because this is not the right way to treat a customer.
Horrible customer service have no common courtesy. Took my truck in for repairs for DEF system keep the truck for over a week and the first trip I take the truck on, the truck malfunctions the same DEF SYSTEM they spent a week on and perform more 7500$ worth of repairs. Then a couple of days later I received an email invoice for fuel filter replacement I never asked for. They don’t check new trucks out before selling them. High pressure power steering lines were barely tightened.
