M K Smith Chevrolet Took my car to MK to have a couple things looked at under warranty. My car has a light tan interrior with carpet floor mats. I keep a clear mat over the carpet because they would get dirty real quick. When picking up my car there was a smug of grease, yes grease and a big black shoe print where they had kicked my clear mat out of the way. Family Owned... My Dad has bought all his vehicles from here and has always been pleased with them. Of course he really likes family owned business and Chevrolets. I bought a used Dodge truck here and had a smooth transaction, but the last time I was here trying to buy a used car after an accident, they were not very willing to deal on the car or the interest rate. Ended up leaving and bought a car at Saturn of Whittier.
Highly recommend We had bad experiences when we do not bring our Suburban to MK Smith. They seemed to have the best technicians, all the knowledge in the world on how to fix and handle our troubles. Highly recommend dealing with Gilbert the service manager.
Awesome Customer Service I just bought a 2011 Equinox at MKSmith. MK Smith did not have a 2011 Equinox but Harry went out of his way and located a White Lt and got it for me. Harry the Manager and Diane saleperson did an outstanding job in customer service. I will buy my next car from Harry and Diane they were that nice.
There are better choices Very nice to you when you are buying a new car, but workers in the service department are not friendly. They don't seem to know how to fix your car problems.
Unneccesary Repairs I was traveling thru California while moving to my new military duty station when I noticed a great deal of fluid inside my left front tire well, but nothing inside my engine compartment so I did not know where the fluid was coming from. I took my vehicle to MK Chevy to determine what the problem was. The service rep called me and informed me that the Hydro-booster was leaking and the repair would cost $1095 for repair.
