I came in 8/25/23 to repair a piece that connects to my charm. The piece was cracked so I bought a new one for $70.00They gave me credit for the old piece for $8.00. The piece of gold was the same size I told the guy you only willing to give me 8 dollars for the piece that broke but charging me 70 for the same piece. You just lost a customer I won’t ever be returning. Should of been fair.
The diamonds fall out. This WAS a great jewelry store when Mike was there. Not anymore. Go to another jewelry shop.
Gotta go back diamond come out my ring and I paid 2 hundred for it..but it was a great ring
