Made a $6,000 decision to go with this place over Northwest ENT Doctors office because of close, easy access for service(near my home) and Alex who was a service tech who was very interested in helping his clients and experienced in the business. Have since had to deal with 5 different tech's at 3 locations as management has moved people and locations. An absolute rip off. My Oticon hearing aid is far superior. I had cotton stuffed down my ear canal that had to be tweezered out, and I have an ear infection from a plug being stuffed down my other ear. And this pain and suffering cost me 7,200$ plus doctor bills.
After purchasing several hearing aids from M&K, due mainly to technology advances, I have experienced the most professional and customer satisfaction oriented experience in my entire life. Truly a 5 Star organization
