Delicious food and awesome family! We love sitting on the porch and having real, local food in a great community!
I have many food allergies and this is the one place I can go and get food that is "clean" and gf, df and sf. It's my gourmet fast meal!!! Yum!!
Everything I have tried here is delicious. Their pimento cheese is the best in the Roanoke valley!

M&K food shop has saved our lives more times than I care to count. Their pimiento cheese is better than Tinnell's (yes I know that's blasphemy but it's true ( and their prepared meals are heavenly. You haven't lived until you've eaten their BLT . Their vegan selections are wonderful. If you hunger for immaculately prepared healthy food, get over there and eat up!

Lunch was delicious, dessert was incredible (zucchini brownie and fresh banana pudding). Highly recommend stopping by or getting on their email list for deliveries. Don't forget to say hi to Kelsey while your there !
