Marek is very friendly and honest. When we brought our car to him we were still upset and stressed about the accident we were involved in. He was very reassuring and hospitable. He offered us drinks, talked to us about his plan, and was overall very helpful. We brought our HRV to him with extensive damage and it was returned to us looking better than when we bought it. Not only that, he detailed our car and did a full maintenance service (including fluids) for no charge. I would recommend his shop to anyone in the area.
I had a great experience with MK collision. Mark fixed my car really fast and communicated every step with me and with my insurance. I really appreciate mark for turning a stressful situation into a smooth one!

The data and information provided from the owner (Marek) is acccurate. You brought mismatched vehicle parts and aftermarket fender flairs which did not meet the OEM specifications due to Marks Garage's protocol. Very rude and refuse to work on my car and was too busy
Mark was extremely professional. He fixed my truck within 11 days, which is a world record, considering the heavy damage it endured. Mark was expedient in ordering parts and installing everything professionally. It seems like I am driving a completely new vehicle. I highly recommend anyone in Illinois to bring your car in to MK Collision. These guys are about their business!!
