History Established in 1987. Matt and Kim Willers have been in the automotive repair business for 27 years. Prior to moving into the Foster/Powell neighborhood, Matt and Kim owned Luther Davis in Milwaukie Oregon. Luther Davis opened his auto repair shop in 1987. Matt Willers began working at the shop in 1990, and eventually took over the shop when Luther retired.
