I love this store and I buy from you a lot! I get so much inspiration with everything they display. But who gets inspired when you hear people (from staff) singing on the top of their lungs?! It's disturbing and unprofessional. Another thing I noticed is that this is the place where management apparently doesn't like to help customers. They call somebody else from the staff just so they can continue talking with one another and gossiping. Other than that I gotta say this store is cool and the patches are really nice.
I've been to the store in NYC and ordered online. Every time it's a wonderful experience. And the selection is just amazing.
Appalling "service" never again. Buy online instead
