It took them three weeks to come back to do the job after the estimate. I had to call back a couple of times to see what was taking so long and the head of the company Mike said he had forgotten about it. But he assured they'd be there the next day. Next day he calls saying he had mixed up the days and they'd be there for sure the following day. Finally his guy showed up got the job done in less than an hour.
