Very professional great work
So where to start, car was taken in on a Monday for a routine oil change which led to a new oil pan being needed. Hhhm didn't leak or have any problems with the oil pan when it was taken in...On top of this was told we would not be charged for the oil change, but WOULD be charged for the new oil pan!!! Recently I had a small problem come up. Within 12 hours however, I was called and everything was made right in a very very timely fashion. They implemented good client recovery practices and in doing so, retained a customer. Very happy with how it worked out. These guys are polite and get stuff done quick. Thanks!
