Absolutely kind, courteous and helpful in person. However, they may want to reevaluate their receptionist who was extremely rude to me on the phone. I did not expect that.

They are a nice family med-shop in downtown Ravenna. They were professional. They set me up with a very nice chair. Their shop is not overdone, not overly frilled-out and they presented no high-pressure sales.
